Amelia S. Munsterman, DVM, MS, Dipl. ACVS, ACVECC, CVA, is a clinical assistant professor in large animal surgery at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine. Board certified in surgery and emergency/critical care, Munsterman completed a large animal emergency and critical care fellowship at Auburn University. She is also associate editor of Veterinary Surgery, the official journal of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons, the European College of Veterinary Surgeons, and the Veterinary Endoscopy Society. She is also certified by the Chi Institute for veterinary acupuncture.
