An unvaccinated Thoroughbred filly in Walton County, Florida, has died after contracting Eastern equine encephalitis.

The horse tested positive for West Nile virus and lived in the Theodore Roosevelt National Park in McKenzie and Billings counties.
The cases are located in Box Elder and Utah counties.
The horse lives in Yakima County.
An unvaccinated Standardbred gelding in Clark County, Wisconsin, died after contracting West Nile virus.
The cases are located in Cumberland and Luzerne counties.
The horse lives in Weld County.
The filly lived in Missaukee County and was euthanized.
The horses live in Adams and Jay counties.

One horse in Musselshell County, Montana, has tested positive for equine infectious anemia, and 50 horses have potentially been exposed.
The horses lived in Kent County and were euthanized.
The mare lives in the District of Parry Sound.
The horse was quarantined at a hospital in Kittitas County.

The West Nile virus case and the Eastern equine encephalitis case are located in Sumter and Effingham counties, respectively.
