United States Forest Service officials from the Ochoco National Forest, in Madras, Oregon, are reminding drivers and other visitors to the Big Summit Wild Horse Territory, east of Prineville, to slow down when passing groups of horses. They also encouraged visitors to give newborn foals space as they work to stand up and assimilate to the herd
