Nolton Pattio, VMD, graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, in Philadelphia and Kennett Square. A native Californian, where he works and lives with family, Pattio serves as the official veterinarian for the California Horse Racing Board, which is based in Sacramento.
