The Argentine Equine Veterinary Association will be hosting the XVIII International Congress on Equine Medicine Nov. 23-24 in Buenos Aires. The organization is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.
Featured speakers include Joseph Bertone, DVM, MS, Dipl. ACVIM, professor of equine medicine at Western University of Health Sciences, and Ian George Mayhew, BVSc, PhD, FRCVS, Dipl. ACVIM, ECVN, professor of veterinary clinical studies at the University of Edinburgh’s Easter Bush Veterinary Centre. They will be presenting the following topics:

- Neurologic examination;
- Seizures, epilepsy, and sleep disorders;
- Cerebral and cranial nerve disorders;
- Foal disorders;
