As announced by the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) earlier this week, German Olympian Ludger Beerbaum filed an appeal on Feb. 3 with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) against the decision taken by the FEI Judicial Committee. As relayed by the FEI, on Jan. 7, the FEI Judicial Committee issued its motivated decision in the case relating to the findings of prohibited substances in Goldfever 3, ridden by Beerbaum at the 2004 Olympic Games
