A “wish list” has been put together by the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation (TRF) of needed items for its new Maker’s Mark Secretariat Center at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Ky. The Secretariat Center was designed to showcase Thoroughbreds that are sound and ready for another career to the thousands of horse owners who come through the Kentucky Horse Park each year.
