Horses and three-day event riders from all around the globe have descended upon the Kentucky Horse Park, in Lexington, in preparation for the 2019 CCI5*-L Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event presented by Mars Equestrian, taking place April 25-28. But before the event even began, all the equine athletes underwent a horse inspection to ensure they were fit to begin the competition.
Of the 42 horses presented Wednesday, the ground jury and veterinary delegate accepted 41.
