  1. yes, I use a slow feed net to slow him down. Otherwise he’ll eat all the hay quickly and have nothing to eat for hours. It also keeps the hay clean from urine and poop.

  2. I use my HayHut with Net Kit to prevent my horses from burying their noses in the round bale reducing breathing issues as well as wasting hay.

  3. I use the slow feeders or nets for the ulcer prone horses. Especially the ones that devour the food in under one hour

  4. Our horses have hay available 24 hours per day, however some of our herd are easy keepers and slow feeders help to manage their weight.

  5. Horses are free fed in slow feed hay nets at my barn to allow for 24/7 grazing and less hay waste.
