Minnesota Man Faces Animal Cruelty Charges

A Minnesota man is facing multiple animal cruelty charges after allegedly violating a horse residing in a stall at a farm near Rochester, Minn.
Olmstead County Sheriff’s Department Det. Brad Nelson said that on May 29 the horse’s owner called law enforcement authorities after discovering an acquaintance in the stall with the animal.
"The owner could see that horse was in distress and in pain," Nelson said.
Nelson said that the owner found out that the acquaintance had violated the horse by inserting his fist and a lancing whip into the horse’s rectum
