Breakfast is touted as the most important meal of the day, but how do you serve it up? Last week, we asked our readers who eats breakfast first: them, or their horses? Nearly 1,400 readers responded and we’ve tallied the results!

Of the 1,375 respondents, the vast majority—72%—said their horses get breakfast first, while 11% of readers said they eat before feeding their horses. Another 8% of respondents said they’re nor responsible for feeding their horses in the morning. Two percent of respondents each said their horses don’t eat breakfast, they don’t eat breakfast, or neither eats breakfast, and the remaining 3% selected “other
