Only a few more weeks until the 2006 World Equestrian Games at Aachen – and reining will again be part of it. The purse has been raised to EUR 100,000 in the team competition—the second best purse offered in team competition.  

So far, 81 reining competitors are expected in Aachen with teams coming from Austria, Belgium,. Brazil, Germany, Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Sweden, Slovakia, Switzerland, France, Great Britain, The Netherlands, Italy and Japan. South Africa, Poland, Norway and Hungary will send individual riders
