On July 12 Hoskins was charged with another 114 cruelty counts for the alleged maltreatment of 73 horses and 41 cats. Additional charges were later filed involving the alleged maltreatment of 10 more cats. Hoskins pleaded not guilty to all those charges.

On Aug. 18 Hoskins was arraigned on another cruelty charge connected to a horse euthanized at her farm on Nov. 26, 2009, said G. Michael Drmacich, chief of the district attorney's Justice Court Bureau. Hoskins now faces 125 cruelty counts for the alleged maltreatment of 74 horses and 51 cats, Drmacich said.
