Officials Confirm Four More Equine WNV Cases in California
These bring the total number of confirmed equine WNV cases in California to five so far this year.

Four California horses have tested positive for West Nile virus (WNV), the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) reported. These bring the total number of confirmed equine WNV cases in California to five for 2018.
“On Aug. 16, four horses displaying neurologic signs were confirmed positive for West Nile virus,” the CDFA said
