Law enforcement authorities in Adams County, Indiana, are investigating the death of a Quarter Horse attacked in barn at a riding stable in Decatur.
Adams County Sheriff Shane L. Rekeweg said the animal’s owner reported finding the horse dead in the barn on Jan. 4.
“The horse was cut in such a way that it bled out,” Rekeweg said.
The horse was one of several animals located in the barn at the time. The other horses were unhurt
