Equine Best Practices LLC (EBP) has announced the appointment of Andrew R. Clark, DVM, MBA, previous head of the Hagyard Equine Medical Institute, as its new chief executive officer, effective immediately.

The company also has appointed to its board of directors two business industry leaders: John A. Chalk, Jr., CPA, JD, CFP, of Argyle, Texas, and Greg Andrews, DVM, chairman of Business Infusions, Inc., of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
