Former NASCAR driver Tina Gordon has traded in her car and truck racing horsepower for the four-legged kind, according to an article on GasdenTimes.


Tina’s Dream Ranch, located near Cedar Bluff, Ala., will offer riding for children with mental and physical challenges. She said the idea grew from doing some charity events while with NASCAR and from her childhood love of horses.


The ranch will officially be open this month, although children are already taking advantage of the under-construction facilities. The facility will cater to only a few children at one time, depending on their needs.
