Woman, 22, critical and horse killed after dump truck hits buggy  


A young mother was critically injured when a dump track collided with her horse-drawn buggy in Lancaster County, Pa., causing her to suffer severe head injuries.


The teenager driving the dump truck, Caleb Meyer, 18, of Ronks, Pa., fled the scene, but returned within the hour, police said.


Marian Stoltzfoos, 22, also of Ronks, remained in critical condition early Wednesday at Lancaster General Hospital, a nursing supervisor said
