Rustler of Fiberglass Horse Remains on the Lam
The horse has been found, but the rustler is still on the loose in Cape May County, N.J.
During a thunderstorm May 12, Stoney, a life-sized fiberglass horse, was taken from the porch of Beverly Carr, who owns the Cape May Carriage Co.
