Platinum Performance reported on Feb. 28 it reached an agreement with Farnam in its lawsuit to prevent Farnam’s use of the name “Platform Performance” on a line of equine products.


 


Platinum Performance said the public was confusing the new line with its flagship product “Platinum Performance.” The company sued Farnam in June 2005 because it said attempts to resolve the naming issue were unsuccessful
