The Central Kentucky Riding for the Handicapped (CKRH) is having its sixth annual Halloween Trail Ride/Ride-A-Thon. The ride is open to participants of any age, riding experience, and discipline. The marked trail (over 10 miles) will be open from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Riders may ride as much of the trail as they would like with as many breaks as needed while the trail is open. Horses are not available for lease.
Riders can pay a flat fee ($30 before October 15 or $35 after, including the day of the ride) to participate or they may collect money from sponsors and ride in the Ride-A-Thon (minimum $40 collection). There will be special awards given to both individual and group winners. All funds raised will benefit CKRH
