Duncan F. Peters, DVM, MS, has been elected to a three-year term on the American Association of Equine Practitioners’ (AAEP) Board of Directors.Peters, of Kalispell, Mont., will represent the members of the nine states which comprise the Western district.


A graduate of the University of California-Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, Peters is an associate with LaSalle Veterinary Clinic in Kalispell. He specializes in the care of English and Western performance and pleasure horses. A member of the AAEP since 1991, Peters has chaired the AAEPâs Horse Show Committee, served on the Trail and Events Committee, and facilitated the Performance Horse Forum at the Annual Convention.


Peters’ term on the Board of Directors will begin at the 46th AAEP Annual Convention in San Antonio, Texas, November 26-29
