Pat Parelli, one of the most famous horsemen and teachers in the world is doing a tour benefiting the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA).

“Pat Parelli has been a tremendous supporter of NARHA. We appreciate his horsemanship, his teaching success and his belief in the healing relationship between people and horses” shares Bill Scebbi, NARHA’s Executive Director. “ Last year Pat Parelli raised $50,000 on our behalf, this year he is attempting to double that sum to $100,000.“

Pat Parelli and his Savvy Team are performing at no charge around the country to help raise funds for NARHA. During the presentation, Parelli asks the audience to donate money to NARHA voluntarily. These exciting and educational performances make for an unforgettable experience. When asked why he is doing this tour on behalf of NARHA, Parelli responds, “Because my mission is to share what I’ve learned with as many people as possible. Horses are very healing for individuals with disabilities.” The Parelli family knows this first hand, as horses were an important part of their young son’s rehabilitation from a disability. “ I do all I can to promote NARHA” shares Parelli.“We hope everyone in the horse industry will support Pat Parelli in his goal to raise $100,000 for NARHA.” closes Scebbi.

NARHA is a non-profit equestrian organization founded in 1969 to promote and support equine facilitated activities and therapy for individuals with disabilities. Currently, NARHA has approximately 670 member riding centers across the U.S. and Canada, serving more than 32,000 individuals with disabilities.
