Entries for January Keeneland Thoroughbred Sale Down 26.3%
Keeneland Association announced Nov. 24 it has cataloged 1,753 horses for its 2010 January Horses of All Ages Sale, to be held Monday-Friday, January 11-15.
That represents a 26.3% decline from the 2008 catalog, which totaled 2,379 horses

Catalogs for the January sale will be available at Keeneland.com beginning Tuesday, Dec. 8. Print catalogs will be mailed the week of Dec. 21.
Comprising the 1,753 horses cataloged in January are 730 broodmares, 691 yearlings, 254 racing or broodmare prospects, 77 horses of racing age, and one share in the stallion Monarchos
