The Colorado State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital (CSU VTH) has announced a new series of lectures designed to provide "practicing veterinarians the opportunity to keep up to date on the latest in equine medicine," according to a statement on the university’s website.

"Equine Evening Rounds is a free table top discussion group that brings together CSU veterinarians with referring veterinarians in equine medicine," the statement read.

The first discussion, which will cover sacroiliac pain in horses, is scheduled for Aug. 6 at 6:30 p.m. The event will take place in room ACC 120 at the VTH Animal Cancer Center.

"Each rounds session will begin with a 20-to-30 minute overview, followed by time for questions and discussion," the statement read. "Sessions will be held the first Monday of even-numbered months from 6:30-7:30 p.m. There is no charge, and light snacks and drinks will be provided
