My name is Dr. Hannah Wellman. I am a veterinarian in the Sport Horse department at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexington, Ky. I am Canadian-born, but I grew up and completed my veterinary training in Australia before moving to the United States, where I have been for over four years.

Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital is excited and honored to be the official veterinary partner of the World Equestrian Games. In that role the hospital will be providing veterinary support to the team veterinarians as treating veterinarians, offering educational experiences for visitors and competitors at the Rood and Riddle pavilion such as a lecture series and interactive displays, and staffing an on-site 24-hour veterinary clinic
