The agency is proposing to gather wild horses in the Fifteenmile Wild Horse Herd Management Area (HMA), in Wyoming, and update the HMA’s management plan.
The BLM will offer 10 professionally gentled, off-the-range Mustangs in hopes that more people will purchase them if they’ve already started training.
