I do a lot of my own research using clinical findings when I choose to use supplements. Though sometimes I experiment and see if something actually works for us (ie magnesium oxide for white line disease/laminits and psyllium husks for sand purging). I also always look for a NASC label to guarantee what they say is in the product is actually in there and at the levels that are printed on the label.
