  1. I have a laminitic horse, and I trim my horses myself. Because of this, I’m always out checking her every few weeks just to make sure there is absolutely NO leverage on her toe as she heals.

  2. My horse is on a regular farrier schedule year round. His hooves grow rapidly all year, and only a bit slower in the winter. He goes barefoot as well.
