KENA Dinner and KHC Awards Banquet Combined
- Topics: Article
The Kentucky Equine Networking Association (KENA) meeting will be held on Jan. 14 at the Hyatt Regency Lexington in conjunction with the Kentucky Horse Council (KHC) Annual Awards Banquet.
The joint dinner meeting follows the KHC Annual Conference, which features a business tract including presentations from equine business consultant Elisabeth McMillan of Equestrian Professional. During the dinner McMillan will present briefly on the findings of Equestrian Professional's "Rethinking the Horse Business." McMillan also is the editor-in-chief of EquestrianProfessional.com, a website that provides support to horse business owners and professional equestrian athletes.
"By pairing the KENA dinner meeting with the Horse Council conference we're able to offer additional educational opportunities to the Kentucky equine business community," said KHC Executive Director Ginny Grulke. "Elisabeth McMillan is an excellent business consultant and we are pleased to offer KENA attendees the opportunity to learn from her."
