As reining competitors are celebrating the sports acceptance by the Federation Equestre Internationale (FEI), “GMC America’s Horse” is doing its part to make sure individuals worldwide recognize the athletic talent it takes to be competitive in the sport of reining.

On Wednesday, June 7, “GMC America’s Horse” will take viewers to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the United States Equestrian Team (USET) Reining Semi-Finals.  The show will air at 1:30 p.m. EDT on ESPN.

Oklahoma City is the last stop before the $100,000 Cosequin/USET Reining Championship presented by Bayer is held in Gladstone, New Jersey June 22-24.  Viewers can watch as qualifiers from preliminary rounds compete for the right to go to Gladstone.

AQHA and USET along with the American Horse Shows Association (AHSA) and the National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) have been working toward greater acceptance of the sport on an international level
