Eventer Ashker to Present at Thoroughbreds For All Event

Three-day event rider Laine Ashker, a proponent of Thoroughbreds as sport horses, will offer insight at the Thoroughbreds For All Event on April 24.
Hosted by New Vocations Racehorse Adoption Program and the Retired Racehorse Project, this event is designed to showcase the versatility of the Thoroughbred. The event will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. at West Wind Farm, in Lexington, Kentucky, following the second day of dressage at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event.
Ashker will share what she looks for in a Thoroughbred, what her plans and goals are for the rest of 2015 and forward, and more with the expected 600 attendees.
“Being that my whole eventing career has been built on the withers of an OTTB (off-the-track Thoroughbred), I truly believe with all my heart there is no better partner with which to share our love of eventing," said Ashker.
