The Zoetis Industry Support Program is returning for its eighth year and providing around $1.5 million in donations for scholarships for selected veterinary students and Future Farmers of America (FFA) members.
Since 2008, thousands of FFA chapters and several deserving veterinary students have been selected to receive support from the program.
“The Zoetis Industry Support Program allows us a unique opportunity to work with our customers to help advance and give back to the future of the industry,” said Jon Lowe, U.S. vice president of cattle and equine for Zoetis. “Together, we are able to provide continued support to future agricultural and veterinary leaders and learning experiences they otherwise might not have access to.”
All veterinary, animal health dealer, and distributor customers have the opportunity to participate in the program each spring. Customers can allocate a portion of their sales from eligible purchases of Zoetis cattle and equine products made from Feb. 1 to April 30 to local FFA chapters, the American Association of Bovine Practitioners (AABP) foundation, the American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP) foundation, or the three organizations to fund veterinary student scholarships
