Jack Kelly, CEO of the World Games 2010 Foundation, has resigned his post, effective July 31, according to an article on Kentucky.com. Kelly cited “several personal reasons” for his resignation, according to the article.


There will be 900 horses competing in eight disciplines over 16 days at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Ky., in the fall of 2010. The organizing group expects 60 to 65 countries to send teams to participate in the event, the first time the World Equestrian Games has been held outside Europe.
