Racing fans present at Belmont Park this Saturday for the 138th running of the Belmont Stakes will have the opportunity to sign the world’s largest “Get Well Soon” card for Kentucky Derby winner Barbaro, injured during the running of the May 20 Preakness Stakes at Pimlico in Baltimore.


 


The card measures 62 feet wide and seven feet high, and features four life-size images of Barbaro. It will be on display all day on June 10 at Belmont‘s Grandstand Colonnade. Card signing is free, with donations accepted to benefit The Barbaro Fund and the NTRA Charities, including the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund
