However, there are other options for the owners of lost or stolen horses. The horse owner can post information and pictures on the Internet. The Missing Pet Network (MPN), a department of the United States Department of Agriculture, has a section for lost and stolen horses. The MPN also has links to different sites that will post the horse’s information.
