Colorado reported one new VS investigation during the week ending November 13, 1998, which was positive. The positive premises was located in Larimer County. No additional positive premises were found. Ten premises formerly positive for VS were released from quarantine. Five of these premises were located in Larimer County, two each in Boulder and Weld Counties, and one in Douglas County. There are 56 VS positive premises remaining under quarantine in Colorado.
New Mexico reported no changes in status, with one VS positive premises remaining under quarantine in Bernallilo County.
This reflects only the investigations in case positive states after the index case was reported.
