My horse and I personally enjoy paintballing and various other recreational activities. we also enjoy clothes shopping and have made a resoltution to wear more animal print this year!!
My 26 y.o. Paint gelding and I have shared a list of “get healthy and stay healthy” resolutions: Get some kind of exercise every day; get enough sleep (he’s better at that one!); eat more fruits and vegetables (we share); nurture our relationship; spend time in the sun, but not too much (we both need sunscreen); get vaccinated ; eat and drink less sugar (he’s better at that one also).
