  1. We always do horse centered vacations with our horses. We have a horse trailer with living quarters and done many fun vacations to different states with our horses, dog and cats. We’ve gone to Gettysburg, PA, Texas Hill Country, Mammoth Cave, KY, Big South Fork, TN and Lake George, NY–what a great way to see this country!

  2. My husband and I have gone on horse-centered vacations in England, Ireland, Wales, India, Kenya, California, Arizona, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Uruguay. It’s a great way to travel – see new places, meet new people, and the horses are invariably terrific.

  3. Hestaland in Iceland. Comfortable accommodation, good horses and nice tack. Beautiful trails and fun herding horses. Hestaland.net

  4. Did a riding safari in Kenya with OFF Beat Safaris. Amazing trip of a lifetime. Such a different perspective from horseback. Fav quote from the guide “: let’s have a gallop towards those giraffe”
