Respiratory health issues can affect horses of any age or breed. Poorly ventilated or excessively dusty living areas, or areas affected by disasters such as wildfires can be detrimental to a horse’s respiratory system, which has evolved to function best in clean, dry air, found in grasslands.

To help horse owners better understand air quality and how it affects equine health, Sweet PDZ has partnered with TheHorse.com for Air Quality Awareness Week, starting October 21, 2024.
