Dyer County, Tenn., law enforcement authorities are hoping the public can help the identify those responsible for shooting a horse grazing in a pasture.
A Dyer County Sheriff’s Office representative said that on Dec. 26, 2013, the owners of a 3-year-old horse found the animal lying dead in its pasture. The horse allegedly sustained a gunshot wound above its left eye, the representative said
