The popular Purina Mills-sponsored Equine Education Series are back this year loaded with training tidbits, nutritional know-how, and incredible deals. Purina Mills Gold Program dealers across the country will be hosting the annual seminars from February through April.


Purina Mills Gold Program dealers plan to host nationally and locally-renowned veterinarians, nutritionists, clinicians and trainers to answer horse owners’ questions and provide advice on topics from equine nutrition to lifestyle and management. Many dealers are also planning to host equine trivia contests on topics such as horses In history, horses in the movies, first aid, and equipment.


Last year, approximately 50,000 horse owners and families attended the 2001 Equine Education Series, says VandenBos.
