The American Quarter Horse Foundation (AQHF) aims to give back to horses by challenging the frontiers of knowledge through research. Since 1960, it has awarded more than $11.7 million to colleges and universities to further equine health and management knowledge and improve horse welfare.

The AQHF is seeking the submission of research projects related to horse health, welfare, and utility that will create meaningful impact for the horse, owners, and the equine industry
