Daniel D. Stewart, III, of The Stewart Group, Auctioneers and Farm Brokers Int’l in Lexington, Ky., has announced the appointment of Carole Fernandez, of New York, N.Y., to work with Bluegrass area horse farm managers and owners in providing active accurate verbal and written communication and translation services to their Hispanic farm workers.

The Stewart Group is pleased to offer this important service to the area horse farms because of the communication and immigration demands placed on the horse farm managers and owners, created by the significant Hispanic work force in the Bluegrass area. In the event that the INS should audit your labor force, the services of a qualified translator can be invaluable.

Fernandez is a native of New York, but has lived in a number of Hispanic regions and holds a B.A. from the City College of New York and a M.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Spanish is her native language. She is a published author and a well-known Spanish teacher. Fernandez has recently moved to Lexington from Manhattan, and is extremely interested in working with the area horse farms.

For additional information on how Ms. Fernandez can assist you, please call The Stewart Group at 859/294-BIDS, or via email at globalbroker@mindspring.com
