As a mom of three, if I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a million times: keep your hands to yourself! Why oh why is this such a difficult concept for some people to grasp? Take for example wanna be UFCer Korey J. Jerelds, who took up a fighting stance and subsequently punched police horse Mr. George in the neck several times.

Orlando police were attempting to disperse a crowd

on October 19, 2013, when the assault occurred, and Jerelds was subsequently charged with interfering with or obstructing a police dog or horse. After fronting the $500 bond, Jerelds was released.

Sadly, this is not the only case of people thinking that their puny fists are actually a match for a police horse. Consider fervent football fan Barry Rogerson, 45, who was jailed for 12 months after assaulting a police horse, and Yeorgo Carl Brooklyn Kapiris, 28, who apparently punched a police horse for no reason at all
