BLM Seeks Information on Arizona Wild Burro Death

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking information on an incident that left a wild burro injured and resulted in the animal’s death, near Oatman, Arizona.
On Jan. 1, BLM law enforcement responded to a report of an injured wild burro south of Oatman. The responding officer encountered a burro that had sustained serious injuries. Due to a poor prognosis for recovery, the burro was euthanized. The incident is under investigation.
